FreeMotion TS

FreeMotion TS is a (mostly) free toolkit for motion estimation. This toolkit was written by Thomas Schoenemann (=TS), in large part at Lund University, Sweden, but also in his free time.

FreeMotion TS implements two kind of methods:

1. combinatorial approaches, where a discretized set of displacements are considered. These methods are based on lp-relaxations as in [Schoenemann ICPRAM 2011] and/or expansion moves.

2. continuous approaches following work by [Horn & Schunck 1981]. These methods are based on Taylor expansions and solving (large) linear equation systems.
